President’s Award

The President’s Award has become a tradition of the NC Foundation for Soil & Water Conservation.  Begun by Bill Davis, the first President of the Foundation, the award continues to be presented each year at the annual conference of the NC Association of Soil & Water Conservation Districts.  The President of the Foundation, along with the Executive Director, selects a person to receive the award.  Consideration is given to those who have been supportive of the Foundation through their financial gifts as well as acts of service.  The award provides an avenue to thank and recognize individuals who believe in the mission of the Foundation, while supporting the work of Soil and Water Conservation Districts.
